The military has realized it is an arms race regarding additive manufacturing technology. The US Navy has utilized metal 3D printing capabilities to ensure dominance, allowing them to create stronger, more complex parts quicker than ever before. Additive manufacturing is in every military branch, whether for building structures, parts for a combat vehicle, or parts for an aircraft.
