30-Day Performance Promise
We are proud of the things we make. An incredible amount of thought and sweat (and sometimes blood and tears!) goes into every design. Our products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and a best-in-the-business 30-Day Performance Promise. We will repair, replace, or refund any product purchased from the Slice Engineering website (https://www.sliceengineering.com/) that does not meet your satisfaction within 30 days of normal use or due to a manufacturing defect.
How the 30-Day Performance Promise Works

Initial Troubleshooting: Please contact our support team. With a deep understanding of our products and a genuine desire to help, they'll work with you to troubleshoot any issues you're facing.

30-Day Window: From the moment your order arrives, you have 30 days to assess the performance of your product. If you're not seeing the results we've promised, we want to know about it.

Refund, Replacement, or Repair: If, after working with our support team, the issue persists, you have the option to send the product back for a full refund, replacement, or repair.
- Please note: Refund excludes any shipping charged on the original order.

Products Not Eligible For Returns or Refunds
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products Purchased Through Resellers: Returns or refunds for products purchased through resellers must be pursued through the reseller. We cannot process returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from Slice Engineering.
- Prototype Store Products: Prototype store purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
