3D Printer Giveaway Terms & Conditions*

Only customers in the United States, Canada, and 30+ other countries mentioned in the Shipping and Returns section of our website are eligible for this 3D Printer Giveaway ("Giveaway"). Employees, Resellers, OEM Partners, and Affiliates of Slice Engineering are ineligible for entry. Entries for this Giveaway must be submitted between December 5th, 2022 at 11:59PM ET and December 20th, 2022 at 11:59PM ET. No purchase is necessary. The prize for this Giveaway is a Prusa MINI+ 3D Printer with a Prusa MINI Upgrade Kit and a Bondtech IFS Extruder (a $600 value). Winners will be drawn at random from the pool of entries. Individuals can enter the Giveaway in a few ways as specified below: (1) Subscribing to SMS Texts by Slice Engineering through SliceEngineering.com website popups during the time period of this Giveaway (2) Subscribing to SMS Texts through https://www.sliceengineering.com/pages/mini-subscribe-page during the time period of this Giveaway. (3) Texting the keyword “MINI” to +1 (833) 507-1556 during the time period of this Giveaway. Limit of one entry per person. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of drawing to win. The potential winner will be contacted via SMS and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. The potential winner is required to certify eligibility for the giveaway. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the drawing, cannot certify eligibility, or is deemed to ineligible for the Giveaway, a new potential winner will be selected. The potential winner will be announced via SMS after they have claimed their prize. Slice Engineering reserves the right to publicly announce the name of the winner of the giveaway. We'll be announcing the giveaway winner on or before Friday, December 30th, 2022 at Noon EST. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Slice Engineering, LLC, Prusa Research, and any affiliate companies, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Slice Engineering, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, without compensation, it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Giveaway; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Gainesville, Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including any costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant disclaims all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Slice Engineering, LLC in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
