I'm really impressed with the Copperhead's design. You can definitely tell it's a Slice Engineering product based on the quality and design aesthetic. There are a lot of neat features on the Copperhead, but what I appreciate the most is the adjustable height heat sink, the wrench flats on the hot block, and the direct mounted fan.

Should I get the Mosquito® or the Copperhead™?

The Mosquito® and the Copperhead™ share our Bimetallic Heat Break™ technology, are both designed for high performance applications, and are beautifully designed and machined in America; but the similarities end there. The Copperhead™ is a traditional style hotend aimed at reducing heat creep and improving high temperature performance. It is the more budget conscious option. The Mosquito® has a radical design featuring a protective roll cage around the most thermally efficient heat break (85%!) available on the market. It allows for cold, one handed nozzle changes. Both options improve performance, so the choice is yours!
