The DIANOZ Pro Nozzle is a professional diamond-reinforced 3D printer nozzle designed for users who demand maximum durability, thermal performance, and print consistency. By combining a stainless steel body with a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tip and diamond-reinforced filament channel, the DIANOZ Pro nozzle eliminates the traditional trade-off between wear resistance and heat conductivity.

Unlike brass, steel, or ruby nozzles, the DIANOZ Pro Nozzle has very high thermal conductivity and high wear resistance. It’s 3X harder than ruby (corundum), has 4X better thermal conductivity than brass, and has a heat-resistance up to 550° C, allowing it to maintain dimensional stability at high temperatures. If you’re trying to print abrasive filaments at high-temperatures, this is the nozzle for you.

The nozzle is one of the most stressed and wear-prone components in a 3D printer, directly affecting print quality, temperature accuracy, and surface finish. The DIANOZ Pro Nozzle solves these limitations with a diamond-reinforced construction that delivers exceptional wear resistance, superior heat transfer, and consistently smooth extrusion even under demanding conditions.

Outstanding Print Performance

Our tests have shown that the diamond insert means that DIANOZ nozzles exhibit almost the same stable extrusion behaviour as a brass nozzles and has the added advantage of abrasion resistance. Compared to other wear-resistant nozzles, such as ruby ones, more uniform extrusion performance was exhibited over larger temperature extrusion speed ranges.
