- Works with enclosed chambers where temperatures reach above 60°C
- 3D printed using SLS technology with PA12 (Nylon), sandblasted, and coated with wax
- Compatible with the Prusa i3 MK3S+/MK3S / MK2.5S Mosquito® & the Bondtech Upgrade Kit for Prusa i3 MK3S
Working Temperature Limits
Bear in mind, the working temperature limit of this product does not extend to the Upgrade Kit itself. If you use this Prusa X-Carriage Kit and any Bondtech Upgrade Kit for Prusa 3D Printers inside a closed chamber, it will have the following set of working temperature limits:
- Up to 60°C (90-100°C when parts are annealed) due to the sensor plastic parts made of HT PLA
- Up to 80°C due to the stepper motor
- Up to 100°C due to the PA12 parts themselves
