Extended Melt Zone for Faster Printing
Within its compact and lightweight form factor, the Mosquito® Magnum provides an extended melt zone, enabling faster printing without compromising size and mass. A maximum flow rate capacity of 40 mm3/s ensures efficient and speedy printing, making it ideal for larger-scale projects or tight deadlines.
Thermal Insulator for Print Stability
The Mosquito Magnum Hotend incorporates a thermal insulator to protect the extended melt zone from active cooling and radiative heat loss. This insulator maintains print stability by efficiently containing the generated heat within the melt zone, ensuring consistent and efficient thermal performance.
Enhanced Features of Mosquito
Building upon the Original Mosquito Hotend's benefits, Mosquito Magnum offers a patented "roll cage" heat sink for rigidity and easy one-handed nozzle changes. It also features a bimetallic heat break to prevent heat creep and clogging and a super conductive copper alloy hot block (rated to 500°C) to allow printing with a wide range of filaments.

The GammaMaster® Nozzle excels in even the most demanding applications with robust, abrasion-resistant performance and exceptional thermal capabilities. Safeguard your hot block with the Mosquito Silicone Boot, providing essential protection from cold air and filament for optimal performance. Additionally, Boron Nitride Paste, a thermal conduction enhancement, and potting agent, is included to simplify heater and sensor installation.
